We are in need of the following: AP Account Quality Engineer
Central Visayas (Philippines) – Cebu City

Responsibilities:
-?Primary contact for escalation beyond Level 3 for post sales issues of laser products in Asia Pacific.
- Work with Level 3 escalation, account team and customer to understand and resolve field issue.
- Communicate with WW L4 PE Team in Lexington for technical support.
- Investigates current product field issues through TSC (Tech Support Center) or other customer support locations, other geographies, other customers (OEM partners)
- Finds ways to educate the Prod. Development community about problems in the field and how customers use our products.
- Drives resolution of deferred issues that generate high percentage and high severity TSC calls in product ECs or the next product line
- Informs TSC of released products.
- Provides product transition trainings to TSC (information drive of features supported by the upcoming products as well as their known issues)

- Expereince in Product Development and Product Engineering
- Mechanical Engineer / EE / ECE with actual hands on experience of 5 years
- Good communications skills (in english)
