Responsibilities:

• He will be responsible and manage for all of operation location expansion plantation for 5,000 ~ 7,000 ha from process areal of land clearing, maintenance, immature stage area up to mature area with good production/harvesting in good quantity and quality.  
• He will be driven leadership for effective implementation of excellence operation plantation in estate level operations business and achievement of KPI’s Targets.
• He will be responsible for implementation and achievement of the business plans for mature plantations, and process of FFB in the mill project with improvement productivity
• Set up agronomy operation and Implementing agronomy of company policies
• Monitoring and evaluate implementation and make sure that procedures run optimally and appropriately
• Evaluate and analyze the results of the implementation of corporate strategy and looking for suggestions on solving problems that arise
• Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
• Required: English proficiency (passive) & computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Requirements:

• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree on Agriculture or related disciplines
• Male, 38 – 47 years old
• Minimum 5 year experience in well-known or listed palm oil plantation company
• Excellence leadership, good personality, interpersonal skill, and good communication skill
• Has strong analytical quality, highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
• Able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
• Required: English proficiency (passive) & computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
