Responsibilities:

• Operates the drilling system and equipment with smooth and safe.
• Knowing and understanding the well control tools operational when blow out occurred.
• Report to Rig Supt as soon as possible if finding abnormal condition during the operation
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment
• Directly in charge of the rig and crew during the duty
• Responsible for assisting in day to day operation of the rig
• Giving details of the job tasks to the crew member
• Supervise the crew’s training and conduct safety meetings
• Informing the Tool Pusher and Rig Superintendent of any requirements / materials needs in order that the Rig runs smoothly and safely

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma / Bachelor Degree Mechanical, Mining/Mineral Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in operating Coal or Mineral Drilling Rig (JACRO and POWER RIG)
• Fully understand of drilling equipment.
• Strong leadership, dynamic, Innovative, hardworking and motivated.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work in a remote area Kalimantan and Papua
