(Singapore – Working location?Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to Project Team to develop service quality management process; 2. Handle the project schedules and follow up the on-going project progress and up-coming projects to be started on time; 3. Provide timely reports and analysis, in the areas of project schedules, master program, and project complexity etc; and 4. Assist in performing ad hoc project and other project related duties.

Requirements: 1. 5 years experience of Service Quality Management in Telecom or IT industry preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as PMP / PRINCE 2 / eTom / ITIL; 2. Hand-on experience to implement and maintain ISO 9001, TL 9000, ITIL or eTom and Business Process Modeling Tool (e.g. ARIS or Casewise); 3. Proficiency in spoken and written English; 4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Visio; 5. Can do attitude and work independence with limited supervision; 6. Be willing to frequently travel; and 7. Immediate available preferred. Working location?Shenzhen, China/oversea
