Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with factory personnel to ensure production is operating at optimal capacity to achieve target production output 2. Ensure that factory operations comply with internal and external quality management standards, such as HACCP, ISO, SGS, FDA and EU regulation, etc 3. Conduct regular quality assurance checks on processes and products, and ensure that quality control is carried out in accordance with QC plans 4. Carry out regular and random checks on product samples and send for laboratory tests if necessary

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Canned Food manufacturing, preferably ina QC/QA role 2. Diploma orAdvanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Science or Technology or related discipline 3. Professional certificate in Quality Control/Quality Assurance or equivalent will be advantageous
4. Proficiency in CHINESE LANGUAGE is a must due to need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
5. Willing to be posted & stationed OVERSEAS
