Requirements:

• S1 Degree in computer
• At least 3 years experience in the same field
• Fully understand how MySQL table engine architecture works & InnoDB Works
• Has a clear knowledge about benchmarking & profiling (know which tools to use), know how query optimizer works
• Able to optimize MySQL (especially InnoDB configuration), both from the perspective of memory and I/O
• Should know about Operating Systems and Hardware Optimization
• Should have a clear comprehension about replication and its various topologies; Load balancing techniques; and MySQL Security
• Familiar with back-up-recovery techniques and tools (preferably XtraBackup); various performance monitoring tools (such as maatkit or openark – kit)
• Understand how to use EXPLAIN
