• Front Desk Clerk will mostly works in the area of butler administrative task, handle all phone calls, and dispatching all guests requests to the respective department or person. Front Desk Clerk also will have the opportunity to interact and assist guests directly in the lobby area and take charge to monitor lobby and assure it always in good shape.

Requirements:

• Female
• Experience Two years in front office or concierge position or similar
• Diploma hotel management
• Special Skills Front office, and customer service background. Butler service is a good benefit
