We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Management Trainee Unit Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Actuating all functions of supervision and management toward the trainers and administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team in running their jobs especially in the programs of Branch Manager Agencies in Branch Development area toward the Branch Development Managers/Team Leaders or the PICs/the coordinators
  • Supporting the job of the Management Trainee Development Unit Head, particularly related to the Management Trainee area and the programs for Branch Manager Agencies
  • Monitoring the roles and responsibilities of trainers and administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team according to their job descriptions
  • Monitoring/controlling and evaluating the Periodic Report of the trainers and administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team and giving advice and directions needed
  • Getting feedback/advice of the performance of the trainers/administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team from the agency or other sources
  • Coordinating with all Agency teams in running the Management Trainee Programs
  • Giving training, advice, and directions needed in order to develop the quality of the trainers and administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team
  • Performing the role as a trainer in regular training programs held by MILC, like new agents (ITC), Advanced training, Product training, Employee Benefit training, Management level, Management Trainee, etc, if needed
  • Giving Periodic Report to the Management Trainee Development Unit Head and T&D Head
  • Determining and evaluating annual performance of the trainers and administration staffs in Management Trainee Agency team based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) agreement
  • Actively participating in every activity held by Agency or as the member of committee or team project formed by Internal Department
  • Performing other duties given by the company and the Management Development Unit Head, and Head of Training & Development Department

Requirements:

  • Min 4 years of experience as a trainer in industry insurance
  • Having a good communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
  • Strong leadership capability in handle agency
