Responsibilities:

• ?Conduct conselling for clients intending study in Australia or NZ, helping them to pick an appropriate study course or campus.?
• Process/forward clients/students’ applications to institutions, with all of the accompanying student documentation
• Follow up all client/student applications and advise students of the status application?
• Report to clients/students the outcome of their applications, and to explain the Letter of Offer conditions. 
• Process application payments, tuition fees and Health Insurance
• Assist students in booking and payment of accommodation and airport pick up details.?
• Assist students in processing visas to Australia & NZ
• Prepare all the documents for Student Visa Applications?
• Provide clear guidance on Australia visa on-line interview bookings and interview strategies
• Input all student details into the relevant Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Conduct Australian and NZ education seminars at local educational institutions,?
• Assist in the annual promotional exhibition organized by IDP and to follow up student lists on behalf of clients
• build up the student market to Australia and NZ by recommending strategies for promotion, target markets, and other ideas
• Assisting other consulor in sharing datas and information about current market trend and promotion of any istitution in Australia & NZ

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Teuku Umar Barat.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Education or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Ability to confer advise and solution effectively
• Excellence communication and negotiation skills
• ?Have a strong organisational skill and demonstrated disciplined approach to time management.
