Responsibilities:

• Monitoring competencies development program & activities implementation, such as training, knowledge sharing, etc.
• Monitoring performance management & system development
• Competency profiling and managing employee competency
• Preparing and updating job description, job specification and job evaluation
• Preparing and updating SOP, HRpolicy, and HRIS development
• Preparing and updating organization structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Psychology/Management (preferably S2 in HR/Management)
• Min. 2 years experience in similar position
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Good writing skill
• Proactive
• Strong analytical thinking & logical thinking
• Broad knowledge and understanding or HR issued especially in learning development and competency profile
