Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the sales and profit generation, marketing, operations and financial aspects operation at the country level, by efficiently planning,organizing, controlling and leading the Sales team and Operations team.

  • To be responsible in the operations of the assigned country business, including recruitment of high caliber personnel for the business
  • Responsible for staff performance and career development.
  • Promote teamwork and company’s overall effectiveness and efficiency
  • To be responsible for the country’s sales performance, optimize sales turnovers, improve profitability and keep abreast of the sales operations.
  • Responsible for the Profit & Loss of company operations.
  • Ensure that the sales targets are attained.
  • Maintain the lowest possible operation cost at all times
  • Direct activities and initiative to develop and penetrate markets
  • To be responsible for Action Plan and Strategies related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
  • Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Marketing and Sales Programs including customer engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong academic qualification in business & marketing related discipline with at least 5 yearsof proven experience in business development of luxury market.
  • Versatile, stable, business driven, result-oriented, strong business acumen.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Good ability to perform under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
  • Possess good ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of key account management and business dynamics.
  • Ability to plan and lead the promotions and advertising activities to maximize sales and profits.
  • Background in managing country level’s sales and marketing initiatives will be an added advantage.
